		<description>Thanks for this post. I am a dog owner and this is a pet peeve of mine, whether walking down my own neighbrohood street, at the local park, at the dog park and so on. I don't love to pick up my dog's poo, but I do it and I really wish these other owners would get on the ball, for all of the reasons you mention in the post. 

Thank you also for the info on the biodegradable bags - i'll be taking a look at them to replace the bags I use now.
